1. Weitlauf öffnen und oben rechts das Zahnrad (Einstellungen) antippen.
2. Ganz unten Konto löschen wählen und bestätigen.

Das Konto wird sofort gelöscht.

Ohne App

Schreib eine E-Mail an mail@alexanderdehn.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und deinem Freundescode oder Anzeigenamen. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das.

Was gelöscht wird

Profil (Anzeigename, Heimatort, Avatar, Schrittlänge, Einwilligung), alle Reisen mit Wegpunkten, die Tagessummen deiner Gehdistanz, gesammelte Orte, Freundschaften, Freundescode, Gerätekennungen für Mitteilungen und das Konto selbst. Es bleibt nichts zurück.

Kaufbelege bewahren Apple, Google und RevenueCat nach ihren gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten auf. Ein laufendes Abo kündigst du in den Abo-Einstellungen des App Store bzw. von Google Play. Das Löschen des Kontos kündigt es nicht.

Delete your Weitlauf account

In the app: open Weitlauf, tap the gear icon (Settings), choose Delete account at the bottom and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app: email mail@alexanderdehn.com with the subject "Delete account" and your friend code or display name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm.

Deleted: profile, journeys and waypoints, daily distance totals, collected places, friendships, friend code, notification tokens and the account itself. Purchase receipts are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as required by law. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; do that in your store settings.
